Shipping Policy
We ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail so your goodies arrive quickly and safely. You will receive a tracking number automatically as soon as your order is fulfilled. Please note that shipping rates are subject to change without notice.
Orders that exceed the size of a Large Flat Rate box (approximately more than 10 lbs.) may require multiple boxes and will incur additional shipping fees. These oversized orders are not eligible for shipping promotions.
New York residents: You’ll have the option to choose standard shipping rates instead of flat rate at checkout to help reduce the cost of local shipping.
Shipping Disclaimer
We pack every order with care, but because our products are made of wax, some minor breakage or melting can occur during transit—especially in warmer weather. While we can’t guarantee items will arrive in perfect condition, we’ll always do our best to help if there’s a problem.
- Orders valued at $100 or less are covered by standard USPS insurance.
- Orders valued at over $100 are insured through third party.
If your order arrives with a quality or transit issue, please email us within 7 days at inbox@spellboundscents.com and include your order number and photos so we can assist you quickly.
Combining Orders
We do offer combined shipping with the following guidelines:
- Orders must be placed on the same day or the next day
- Name and shipping address must match exactly
- Use discount code "COMBINE" on your final order to combine all held orders
- Orders placed days apart cannot be combined, as they may already be processed or shipped.
- If combined shipping applies, any applicable shipping adjustment will be handled accordingly.
- If you did not check the box for holding your order before checking out, and it ships before placing your next order, we cannot combine orders; you will be charged the full shipping price on all orders. Please note that some orders may ship the same day.
